You can add or edit the email address linked to your Shopee account via Shopee App or Shopee Website.

 Via Shopee App

Go to the Me tab > Select ⚙ icon > Account & Security > Email > Select Verify by Email OTP > Enter OTP for verification > NEXT> Enter new email address > NEXT. After this, you’ll need to verify your new email address via the verification link that was sent to its inbox. 

Via the Shopee Website

Select your username > Select My Account via the dropdown list > select Profile > Select Change > Select Verify by SMS OTP > Enter OTP for verification > NEXT> Enter new email address > NEXT. You’ll then need to verify your new email address via the verification link that was sent to your inbox. 

⚠️ Note

 Valid email addresses are as follows:

• Acceptable email prefix formats
• Allowed characters: letters (a-z), numbers, underscores, periods, and dashes.
• An underscore, period, or dash must be followed by one or more letters or numbers.
• An underscore, period, or dash must not be the first character.
• Sample invalid prefix formats
• abc-@mail.com
• abc..def@mail.com
• .abc@mail.com
• abc#def@mail.com

• Acceptable email domain formats
• Allowed characters: letters, numbers, dashes.
• The last portion of the domain must be at least two characters, for example .com, .org, .cc
• Sample invalid email domain formats
• abc.def@mail.c
• abc.def@mail#archive.com
• abc.def@mail
• sbc.def@mail..com

   3. Email addresses with a space at the end is invalid.

• Example: "abc.def@mail.com"

Adding an email address to your account will give you the option to reset your password if you forget your login credentials.
